I AM A REAL ESTATE ADDICT!  I was raised by a building developer who had me wiring houses before I was 10 and figuring amortization schedules by the age of 12.  I made my first real estate investment at 19 and sold that property a year later for triple my investment.  I was lucky enough to marry a very handy man and together we remodeled houses, built spec and custom homes, rented properties, and flipped houses for 30 years.  I also spent 15 of those years in the finance industry and ran the processing department for a large mortgage brokerage.

I love searching for the perfect property for a buyer and helping them through the sometimes confusing process of negotiating a contract, arranging inspections, and working through the details until we have a successful deal.  Having been the seller of dozens of properties, I understand how much is at stake when you list your property with me and I will give your listing my full attention and market it as aggressively as I would my own home.

We are lucky enough to call Florida home and are grateful to be full time residents.  We enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking, bicycling, and scuba diving.  I would love to share with you what makes Southwest Florida special and why you should make it your home, your second home, or invest in income producing property in paradise.
